Von Franco got started with the influence of Von Dutch and Big daddy Ed Roth, but soon took it to a whole other level.

Coming a long way from the 60's when he painted with spray paint cans and felt tip markers. Von Franco is not only considered a master of the pinstriping community but also an amazing airbrush artist and a car builder.

Moving up from painting murals on vans and airbrushing t-shirts at fairs and car events, Von Franco has made his way into the Custom Kulture scene with his eerie sound of music and artwork: which shows the heavy influence of 60's surf music.

While living in Hawaii in the 70's, he studied the art of Tiki's and the surf movement, who's influence is obvious in his Tiki paintings and products of today.

Von Franco can be found painting his Tiki style to the sounds of greats like Martin Denny and Arthur Lyman combined with the Hep sounds of Dick Dale and other Surf groups like the dynotones and Bombora's.

Von Franco can now be found in thhe amazing capitol of Texas, Austin! He and his wife are happy to now live in the not only one of the greatest cultural cities in the U.S. but also the most astounding music scenes ever!!
